Blends x Red Wing 6” Round Toe Boot
Roughly three years ago, Blends came up with the concept of a made in USA campaign to support the American economy and reintroduce the unparalleled work ethic and craftsmanship of American workers to a new generation. Simplicity and minimalism are key aspect of Blends’ design concept, with Taj Kato, Blends’ creative director, picking the classic 6” Round Toe Boot with the idea to make them more casual. Choosing to utilize a suede upper, a concept that has never been used on the 6” boots in the USA before, these are strikingly original. Only 150 pairs were produced, with the release set for December 10.

Jordan Prime 5 Holiday 2011 Lineup

An infrared accented makeup leads the lineup followed by varsity royal and sonic yellow variations. November 5th marks the release for the collection.

JORDAN SON OF MARS BLACK/RED
While some may think fusions and hybrids have been deaded, the Jordan Son Of Mars is the latest creation of such kind. Birthed by the Spizike, the Son Of Mars is heavy on Air Jordan references. Elephant print and mudguard come from the Air Jordan 3, midsole and tongue of the Air Jordan 5, pull-tab and ankle pad of the Air Jordan 6, and laser strap of the Air Jordan XX. Each aspect coincides with a commercial campaign that starred Mars Blackmon.

Air Jordan 3 Denim | Khaki
Dark blue denim covers the upper with suede of the same hue dressing the mudguard. Contrast stitching and matching elephant print add detail while a white midsole and gum outsole smooth out this makeup.
The primarily khaki suede upper is offset by a two-tone denim and khaki colored cement print design on the heel and toe area. White laces and a white midsole provide nice contrast, while the blue laceholders coincide nicely with the aforementioned cement print sections.

Nike LeBron 9 “China”
The Nike LeBron 9 “China” has seized the attention many sneakerheads and basketball enthusiasts this summer. This tonal blue and orange infused colorway has won over the hearts of many looking to ‘floss’ their kicks on and off the court. Today, new detailed images of this particular pair have surfaced, giving an up-close look at a multitude of unseen angles such as the lion-embedded image on the tongue as well as the fire-emblazoned symbol on the heel tab. There has been no official release date announced so stay tuned to Nice Kicks for all your latest sneaker information.
Air Jordan 4 “Doernbecher”
Following in the footsteps of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 2, Air Jordan 3, and Air Jordan 6 comes the Air Jordan 4 “Doernbecher”. Like the previous installments, a patient in the children’s hospital designed this charitable colorway. Arrow etched black suede drapes the upper with Superman tagging touching the tongue. Blue mesh and contrast stitching counter shades of green and yellow on the wings, midsole, and laces. An icy sole completes this Jordan 4 on what is assumed to be a December release.

Imagine the “Black Cats” and “Flips” mated. Nevermind, don’t imagine, just check it out here. The “Black Flip” Air Jordan 3 may mix two 2007 Retros, but it just recently popped up out of nowhere. Highlighted by an upper with an Elephant and tumbled leather switcheroo, this AJ3 also features dark, chrome-like detailing and a light grey outsole. No word on when this one will drop, but stay tuned for more info and looks.
